Cancellation Policy
Policy Name: LL13 Fitness Booking & Cancellation Policy Policy Description: All sessions must be booked in advance. By scheduling, you agree to the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited. Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in automatic cancellation and loss of the session. If you arrive under 15 minutes late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in a lost session. Packages: All sessions must be used within the designated timeframe. Unused sessions do not roll over unless approved. Payments: All sessions and packages must be paid in advance. No refunds once purchased. Client Responsibility: Clients must inform trainers of any injuries or limitations prior to training. LL13 Standard: Consistency gets results. Respect the time. Stay committed.
