Founder of LL13 Fitness H.E.A.R.T

Antione Lewis


As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Antione is both a motivational speaker and a fitness guru in one! He will train your body to accomplish goals you never thought possible all while enjoying the music and the workout. The workout stimulates your mind, body and definitely your H.E.A.R.T. I would recommend his training to any and everyone; both beginner and professional levels of your exercise goals. He is very inspiring and passionate. Our success is his success and I appreciate that drive.

I recently moved to the area and found LL13 Fitness via social media. I was ready to begin my fitness journey, specifically interested in one on one training with someone that would hold me accountable. Choosing Antione as my personal trainer was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.  Antione is passionate about what he does, he’s encouraging, motivating and very thorough with his explanations and visuals to demonstrate proper technique and form. He challenges you and is right there by your side guiding you along the way. Highly recommend.

Antione is a phenomenal trainer. He’s very attentive and pays close attention to what your body specifically needs to get the maximum results for your fitness goals. But what I love the most is his authenticity, the energy and the passion he brings to the gym. He will genuinely push you and challenge you to be better everyday in and out of the gym.
